Weld neck flange: The weld neck flange is not easy to deform. And it has good sealing and a wide range of applications. The flange is suitable for pipelines with large fluctuations in temperature or pressure or pipelines with high temperature, high pressure or low temperature, and also used for pipelines transporting expensive media, flammable and explosive media and toxic gases.
Threaded flange: The threaded flange is a kind of non welded flange, whose inner hole is processed into a pipe thread and connected with the threaded pipe.
Welding-on collar lap joint flange: The flange has convenient welding and processing, or requires high strength. Besides, it is convenient for construction.

Application of Flange
Plumbing: Soldering or fastening two sections of metal piping together can be done, but pipes connected this way are very vulnerable to bursting at high pressures. Flanged ends that can be linked with bolts provide a more secure connection between two sections of pipe.
Electronics: It is another kind of stainless steel that is used in the production of stainless steel products. Flanges are important in cameras and other electronic devices. Flanges in camera systems and other digital equipment will not have to sustain heavy pressures.
Mechanics: It’s usually a good idea to use stainless steel 304l flanges and bolts to link two sections of an oversized, enclosed area. A good example is a relationship between the engine and the transmission in a car. Production Process of Flange
Cast flange production method
The cast manufacturing method begins with molten metal that’s poured into a mold to form the desired shape—in this case, a flange. After the liquid metal has hardened, the mold is opened and the casting is removed, then machined to the necessary dimensions and surface finish. Flanges produced by casting cost less to produce, and there is less waste involved in the manufacturing process.
Cut flange production method:
The cut flange (or plate flange) manufacturing process begins by flattening steel metal stock using rollers to thin the material until it reaches the intended plate thickness. Then, the flange is cut to the appropriate outer diameter (od) and inner diameter (id) (except blind flanges which have no center bore and do not require an id) using a torch, laser, or water jet.
Forged flange production method
Forged flanges are manufactured by heating steel billets, slabs, or other metal stock, then compressing the material using a power hammer, press, or die to shape the flange from a solid state. This process develops a continuous grain flow for improved strength. After the flange is forged, it is machined and finished to the appropriate specifications.
