Titanium Products Description
Titanium Thread Flange is a flange that is connected to the pipeline with threads.
Thread flange is suitable for the connection of high-pressure pipelines and can be designed same as a lapped joint flange.
The advantage of thread flange is no need welding, and the additional torque generated on the cylinder or pipeline when the flange is deformed is very small.
The disadvantage of thread flange is that the flange is thick and high cost.
The threaded flange is a non-welded flange that processes the inner hole of the flange with thread and connects it with a threaded pipe.
Compared with flat welding flange or neck welding flanges, threaded flange is easy to install, and can be used on some pipelines where welding is not allowed.
Alloy steel flanges have sufficient strength, but are not easy to weld, or have poor welding performance, so threaded flange can be selected.
However, under conditions where the pipeline temperature is higher than 260℃ and lower than -45℃, it is not suggested to use threaded flanges, it has a leakage possibility.

The differences between titanium welding flange and titanium thread flange .
