There are two standards of titanium flanges,  domestic standard and international standard.

 

Domestic standard: GB/T 9112-2000 and GB/T 2965 are applicable to chemical, aerospace fields, flange connection form, size,  pressure, facing, sealing gasket selection, materials, and appearance inspection.

 

International standards : ISO, ANSI, DIN, and JIS. ISO are applicable to the manufacture, size, connection form, pressure, surface roughness, and material requirements of titanium flanges.

 

ANSI standards are for forged titanium flange, cast titanium flange, and welded titanium flange.

 

DIN standards especially used in the German market, and titanium flanges are divided into PN6, PN10, PN16, etc., which are suitable for high temperature and high pressure environments.

 

JIS standards is Japanese standard. there are JIS5K, JIS10K, JIS16K, etc according to the pressure size, JIS Flanges Titanium is high strength, oxidation resistance, and strong wear resistance.
