Titanium Blind Flange

 

 

A blind flange is a solid, flat disc used to seal the end of pipe, value, or vessel opening.

A titanium blind flange has no center hole or bore and it is bolted to mating flange to creat a secure, pressure-tight closure.

 

Titanium Blind Flange is mainly used to completely isolate the production medium to prevent the shut-off valve from closing tightly.
Blind plates should be installed at locations that require isolation, such as equipment pipe ports, before and after shut-off valves, or between two flanges.

 

The blind flange has the function of isolation and cutting off, which is the same as the function of the head and pipe cap.

Due to its good sealing performance, it is generally used as a reliable isolation method for systems that need to be completely isolated.

 

A blind flange is a solid circle with a handle, which is used in systems that are in an isolated state under normal conditions.
