Production Process of Nickel Tee

First, material preparation. We select nickel tube as raw materials according to the specifications and performance requirements of nickel tee.

 

We also need doing some pretreatment of the nickel tube, such as cleaning and rust removal, to make sure the cleanliness and finish of the nickel tube surface. The next is the processing and forming process. We use methods such as hydraulic bulging or hot extrusion. Hydraulic bulging is to fill the nickel tube with liquid and then use hydraulic pressure to expand the nickel tube into the desired shape. This method is suitable for making smaller size and simple shape nickel tee.

 

The hot extrusion method is to extrude the nickel tube under high temperature conditions to deform it into the desired shape. This method is suitable for making large-diameter, thick-walled nickel tee, or special shape nickel tee. During the processing and forming process, we need to control parameters such as processing temperature and pressure to ensure the quality and performance of the nickel tee. At the same time, we also need to clean and trim burrs, flash and other defects to ensure the good appearance of the nickel tee.

 

It is the follow-up processing. Surface treatment, by spraying, polishing and other methods to improve the appearance of the nickel seamless tee.
